How do I Submit a Support Ticket?

A Support Ticket can be submitted by tapping Help on the home screen and following the prompts that appear. Once your Support Ticket is received, you will receive an email confirming the submission of the support request.

1. On the Home Screen Tap HELP.

2. Tap Submit a ServiceChannel Support Ticket.

3. Enter a detailed account of the issue(s) you are experiencing.

4. If warranted, you can include an Attachment from your devices gallery or you can take a picture with your device's camera.

5. When you have Tap the green send button to submit your support ticket.

6. Tap review to see the support tickets you have submitted.

Note: you may also receive, contained within the confirmation email, questions concerning the issue(s) you are experiencing. It will speed the resolution of your issue(s), if you respond in a timely manner.
