ServiceChannel Provider FAQs
ServiceChannel Provider is used by three distinct types of Technicians:
● Internal FTM Technicians, who use a Username and Password to log into SC Provider
● External Technicians who, use a Pin Code to log into SC Provider
● External Technicians, who use a Username and Password to log into SC Provider
