Internal Technicians

 

Internal Technicians log into ServiceChannel Provider using a User Name and a Password.

 

In ServiceChannel, there are two types of technicians, Internal Technicians and External Technicians. Internal Technicians are employed by the client and External Technicians are employed by Service Providers.

 

As an Internal Technician, there are several features that are available for your company to enable. They include:

• Technician Time Tracking;
• The ability to reassign Work Orders;
• The ability to add Inventory information to scanned inventory; and
• The ability to view Inventory at various locations
