How and When do I Display My Badge?
When a Technician is assigned a Work Order to a location that has Site Access enabled, they may be required to display their electronic badge upon arrival. A message "Badge Scan Required" will appear on the screen, informing technicians that they need to find a facility manager to have their badge scanned.
1. Tap Check In.
2. Tap Ok, to acknowledge that you are aware that you have to have your badge scanned. The previous action will also display the Badge link on the Work Orders screen.
3. When the facility manager request your badge, tap Badge.
4. Present the Badge, so that the facility manager can scan it.
5. The facility manager will scan the badge.
Note: Depending on your company's set up, you may see a QR code, a QR code and your company logo or a self image of yourself and a QR code.
