What is the Action Required Toggle Switch for?

The Action Required toggle switch is used to send a direct email message to the client  designated recipient(s). a technician should use this feature when immediate action needs to be taken on a specific work order. This could be for immediate verbal/written approval on raising the NTE for a work order or to approve a different course of action regarding procedures.

1. Tap Note.

2. Enter a message in the text entry box, then toggle the Action Required switch to on.  Add an attachment if needed.

3. Tap Proceed, to complete the process and send the Action Required message.
